MTM specializes in residential properties including single family houses, duplexes, condominiums and apartments throughout the entire county of San Diego. Our office is conveniently located in La Mesa, Ca.

Marve Gergen ~ Owner/Broker
Marve was born and raised in the Midwest. He served in the US Navy and upon returning to the United States, Marve was employed in the Title Insurance industry for twelve years in major management positions. During that time he graduated from Fullerton College and Long Beach State University. Marve has been a Real Estate Broker since 1977 and has owned his own Real Estate Office for several years. Marve is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors. Marve and Mary have been married for over 40 years. They have two grown sons both of whom are married and have children.
Mary Gergen ~ Owner/Property Manager
Mary was born in the Midwest and moved with her family to San Diego in 1950. Mary graduated from high school here in San Diego and attended a local business training school. She was employed by several different accounting firms. Along with Marve, she obtained her real estate license in 1977 and has been very active in Real Estate and Property Management since that time. Mary oversees the accounting activity for all of the office business. Mary enjoys spending time with her 7 grandchildren.
Bobby Gentry ~ Property Manager/Real Estate Agent
Bobby was born and raised in San Diego, went to Clairemont High school. Bobby joined the MTM team in September of ´04 after attending college in Alaska for 2 years and a local community college here in San Diego. Bobby is a licensed real estate agent. He assists with the accounting of MTM Property Management´s Main Office accounts, along with other customer service activities.
Josh Dillon ~ Property Manager
Josh was born in Urbana, Illinois and moved to California at a young age. He grew up in Apple Valley, California. Josh played college basketball for Azusa Pacific University. After APU Josh moved to San Diego where his family relocated in 2005. Josh is a licensed real estate agent and is pursuing both his broker's license and Bachelors Degree in Communications. Before joining MTM, Josh worked for four years in management in the health and fitness industry. Josh is married and he and his wife reside in central San Diego. Josh specializes in sales and marketing for MTM.
Christina "Cricket" Woodson ~ Office Assistant/Receptionist
Cricket was born in Orange County but grew up in San Diego where she graduated from Mission Bay High School. She went on to earn an AA in Liberal Studies and Business Administration from Mesa College. Before joining MTM, Cricket worked with school-aged children at a before/after school program for 15 years. Cricket specializes in accounting and customer service for MTM.
